Professor Robb Named Vice President of South Asian Muslim Studies Association

In an email to members today, RELS Associate Professor Megan Eaton Robb was announced as the Vice President of the South Asian Muslim Studies Association:

We are thrilled to announce the start of a new season of SAMSA under the leadership of Yasmin Saikia as President and Megan Robb as Vice-President. 

In her new role, Dr. Robb will contribute to programming for this academic association, beginning with a symposium at the South Asia Annual Conference in Madison, Wisconsin on the theme of "Anti-Muslim Violence in Times of Hindutva: Histories, Modalities, Futures."
