The department is delighted to congratulate alumnus Dr. Andrew Hudson, who has been appointed Associate Director at the Wabash Center as a Louisville Institute Fellow! Dr. Hudson will be working on a project that seeks to practice and understand haptics in the teaching and study of religions. Dr. Hudson successfully defended his dissertation, "The Pentecostal Construction of Race: Churches of God in the American Religious Frontier," in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Anthea Butler.
